Bryan and his team rebuilt our home in Moultonborough, NH in 2016-17. My husband and I were most impressed by the craftsmanship, professionalism and integrity of both Bryan and his colleagues, and his sub-contractors. Our house renovation was a multimillion dollar project which involved raising the existing 1,400 sq. f.t cottage of the ground to pour a foundation and then adding a major expansion bringing the home to approximately 4,000 sq. ft. with a new kitchen and two new bathrooms along with new heating and water systems and moving the septic tank.
Throughout the project, there was clear communication to us about the status and schedule, and the budget and schedule were as expected. Bryan paid attention to the many details. We were living over two hours away during construction and Bryan did a great job of communicating with us so that decisions could be made quickly. The home is now over 7 years old and we have had no issues with the construction of the home. As expected, we have needed occasion wear-and- tear service issues, and Bryan is always on call to assess the problem and either fix it himself or bring in the appropriate partner.
